A lovely hotel in a nice neighborhood - housekeeping could be more attentive, but overall great stay
The location is great within 15 min walk to the central station and 5 min walk away from a metro station to take you anywhere in the city. The room is a nice size and the furnishings are nice. The lobby is spacious and well decorated.
The drain in our room was clogged with hair from previous guests - we had to pull it out ourselves to avoid flooding the bathroom.

Very Good
The location was great, and facilities were very nice. Hotel staff was very nice.
The room was too warm, I wanted to turn the AC on but the hotel staff said it was not possible. I left the windows open overnight for some fresh air but it was very loud.

Fantastic location an hotel
Was a fantastic location, an totally amazing safe area
Nothing, Italians are extremely laid back so it was kinda getting used to this as we come from a very fast paced environment. In Ireland the batman would have you serves instantly in the Hooe of further sales. Not at all like this in Milan mind you if you want a drink you want it now not in 10 minutes, that's my only criticism, otherwise a fabulous stay
